If the municical valuation is too high, we can object to the valuation and request correction of the valuation so that you save money with a reduced rates cost each month for the next four years (or next valuation date) 

Our fees are highly competitive and vary depending on the size and complexity of the property. We offer an initial consultation to discuss your needs and provide an estimate of the cost involved.

The usual fee for a house or apartment is R1500 to do a market valuation and objection submission.  

We provide a wriiten quotation for all valuations other than a single residential property - for example business premises, farms, developments, expropriations.
