We are a business division of Metro Urban Valuers (Pty) Ltd ( 2014091478/07). Our Managing Director, Nico Booysen, is a leader in the valuation industry and a university lecturer in property valuation subjects. Nico is registered as a Professional Associated Valuer (without restrictions) with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP No . 6229/6) and a member of the South African Institute of Valuers.  The group has experience in valuation work for local authorities, banks and owners of all types of property owbers. He is assisted by registered graduate candidate valuers Loren Kramer (reg. no. 8397/5) and Robert Dale (reg. no. 8423/3)
