Our services include property valuation advice and objections to municipal valuations, advice on pensioner rebates and exemptions, and the formal valuation of business properties, rental income produccing properties, schools, farms, mixed-use properties, old age homes and vacant land.
Our fees are highly competitive and vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.
We offer a free initial telephonic consultation to discuss your needs and provide an estimate of the cost involved.
Usually, but not always, we will briefly visit the property that is the subject of the valuation.
All clients receive a written summary report and a copy of all submissions to the Municipal Valuer.

Valuation Objection Submission
A Valuation Objection submission is an important process in the property value assessment process to ensure tax fairness. We will also charge an additional fee based on the successful revision of your value and the money you save from lower municipal rates costs. This additional fee is a percentage, on a sliding scale, of the saving to the property owner in assessment rates cost for the first year only. It motivates us too!

Pensioner Rebates & Exemptions
Pensioners may be eligible for a range of rebates and exemptions, such as discounts on council rates, water and energy bills.
